Do you believe that you're your own worst enemy? So far in life, you've been able to reach countless goals. You've done successful things in your career; you've been able to raise a family full of great human beings. You've done a lot of amazing things. But there's one thing that you just haven't been able to rein in, one thing that you have not been able to control, your body.
It appears to have a mind of its own, despite your desperate attempts to transform it, to make it strong and lean and beautiful. You're failing. It's frustrating. It's disheartening. It can straight just piss you off. I feel it with you. I feel the frustration, I feel the disappointment.
If you have the right formula, you will get the results you desire. I know last year was rough. I know life is crazy today. What I know for sure is that the crazy is not stopping anytime soon. We can use 2020 or quarantine or COVID or stress, or whatever, as an excuse as to why you still feel like crap.
Is that really the reason? If so, good news, that's all over with or most of the way now you can get on with feeling great again.
I'm going to ruffle your feathers a little bit here though. I think that if 2020 had gone exactly like 2019 or any other year, you would still feel the way you do right now. I want to challenge you to make a decision right now. A decision to finally stop allowing anything and I mean anything, pandemic or otherwise, to get in the way of you feeling like the rock star that you are. I'm challenging you to say, “That's it. I'm done. I'm taking control over this today.”.
Here comes another truth bomb for you.
You cannot be a great parent, boss, employee, or partner if you feel like sh*t. So, by not putting yourself first, you are putting all those other people and obligations last and vice versa. If you put yourself first, if you feel great, then you're proving to all those people that serving them is of the highest priority to you.
So, here's how you start, you get on a call with me and we make a plan to get you more energy, less stress, better sleep, and looking amazing.
That's it. All you have to do is get on a call with me and make the decision right now that putting yourself first is not selfish. It's in fact selfish to not take care of yourself because you are not able to serve everyone and everything that you've promised that you will.
So, make the choice to unselfish and care for yourself right now. Here’s the link. I can’t wait to hear from you!
